What is my voice pin for retrieving voicemails from a phone handset?

Your voicemail PIN is provided in your welcome documentation for all new staff members with phone extensions. It is highly recommended that you change your PIN when you setup your extension for the first time. This can be done from either the handset or via the VoIP portal. If you forgot or need your voicemail pin reset or sent to you please submit an IT Help Desk ticket.
