What are the password requirements for district accounts?

Account holders needs to first log into a windows based computer and it will ask them to change it upon logging in for the first time.
Passwords must be 8 characters long and contain at least:
1 Uppercase character (ABCDEFGHIJKLMOPQRSTUVWXYZ)
1 Lowercase character (abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz)
1 Number (1234567890)
1 Non alphanumeric character ( ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/ )
Do NOT include any part of your first or last name
Example: Cmcts188!
