What do I do if I forgot my 2-step verification device?

If you forgot your 2-step verification device and are unable to complete the 2-step verification process you will need to contact the IT Help Desk to have a single-use bypass code generated. These codes are only able to be used one time or a single device. If you need additional codes they can be requested from the IT Help Desk.
